\nThe aroma of paste is made with organic cashew nuts and sesames ,it is aflatoxin –free and rich in protein ,calcium ,iron and magnesium ,it helps to prevent body aging .

\nMethod
\n 
\n1 Preheat the oven to 110 C for 10 nubs ,Spread cashew nuts on a tray and place the midsection oven to bake for 15-20mins ,until they turn slightly golden .Turn off the oven and leave them in the oven for 4 hrs before putting into an air –tight container
\n 
\n 
\n2 put the white sesame on a pan and cook at medium to low heat  until slightly golden .Switch off the stove and stir for 1 min before pouring onto a paper –towel lined tray to cool down .

\n3 put all the ingredients into the blender to blend into a paste and put in a container for later use place in the refrigerator after cools down.\n<\/div>\n
