\nMethod
\nWash and chop the star fruit. Peel the pineapple. Put the washed kumquat and the rest of the ingredients into the blender together with 100cc cold boiled water and ice cubes. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients thoroughly into a paste. Mix with 200cc cold boiled water and it is ready to serve.
