Cranberry and Wild Yam Drink
材料:
蔓越莓果乾……1大匙
新鮮山藥……100g
鳳梨……100g
蒸熟薏仁……1大匙
蔓越莓果汁……200cc
冰塊……1杯
冷開水……200cc
作法:
將山藥、鳳梨削去外皮,和果乾、熟薏仁放入調理杯裡,再加入冰塊和冷開水,並蓋杯蓋充分攪伴成泥狀,最後加入蔓越莓果汁調勻即可倒入杯中享用。
Method
Put the peeled wild yam and pineapple into the blender together with the dry cranberry, cooked adlay seeds, ice cubes and cold boiled water .Cover the blender and blend the ingredients into a paste. Mix with the cranberry juice and it is ready to serve.
