Healthy & Sustainable Purple Vegetable Drink
材料:
紫色甘藍……20g
香蕉……1條
檸檬……1/4粒
新鮮桑椹……5粒
蔓越莓果乾……2大匙
冰塊……1杯
冷開水……300cc
作法:
1紫色甘藍洗淨,檸檬洗淨連皮切開,香蕉去外皮切塊。
2將作法(1)和果乾一起放入調理杯內,加入冷開水100cc、冰塊,先蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,再加入200cc冷開水調成果汁即可倒入杯中享用。
Ingredients
20g purple cabbage
1 banana
1/4 lemon
5 fresh mulberry
2 tbsp. dry cranberry
1 cup ice cubes
300cc cold boiled water
Method
1 Wash the purple cabbage ,chop the lemon with skin, peel and dice the banana.
2 Put all the vegetables and fruits into the blender together with 100cc of cold boiled water and ice cubes. Cover and switch on the blender to blend all the ingredients thoroughly into a paste. Mix with 200cc cold boiled water before serving.
