香芹蜜瓜果汁
Celery and Itoneydew Melon Drink
材料:
芹菜連葉子……80g
哈密瓜……200g
鳳梨……200g
檸檬……1/6粒
冷開水……400cc
冰塊……1杯
作法:
芹菜連葉子片洗淨瀝去水分切大段,哈密瓜去皮連籽切大大塊,鳳梨削去外皮功大塊,檸檬洗淨外皮切片,待用。
2淨全部水果和冷開水200cc倒入調理杯內,再倒入冰塊並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後加入200cc冷開水調成果汁即可倒入杯中享用。

80g celery with leaves
200g honeydew melon
200g pineapple
1/6 lemon
400cc cold boiled water
A cup ice cubes
Method
1 Wash, drain and cut the celery into large pieces. Peel the honeydew melon and chop into large pieces with seeds. Peel the pineapple and also chop into large pieces. Slice the lemon with skin.
2 Put all ingredients into the blender with 200cc cold boiled water and ice cubes. Cover the blender and blend into a paste. Mix with 200cc cold boiled water and it is ready to serve.

Honeydew Melon is rich in carbohydrates, vitamin A、B、Cand potassium. Its seed is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and manganese. It has a cooling and diuretic effect. It also helps to regulate the metabolic rate and heartbeat but it should be taken moderately by diabetes sufferers.
