水果優格腰果沙拉
Fruit yogurt with cashew nut salad
材料:
新鮮芒果……半粒
鑵頭水蜜挑……1粒
優格……100g
熟腰果……10粒
檸檬……1粒
新鮮百香果肉……適量
Ingredients
1/2 fresh mango
1 pc caned peach
100g yoghurt
10pc cooked cashew nuts
1 lemon
a little bit of fresh passion
fruit flesh
作法:
1 將新鮮芒果倒入調理杯內,蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,即可倒入沙拉容器中待用。
2 檸檬洗淨外皮擦乾水分,用磨泥板將綠皮部分拌入沙拉拌勻,再切開檸檬用叉子轉擠檸檬汁拌入調味後,即可移入冰箱冷藏待用。
3 將您喜愛的生菜洗淨瀝淨水分,再冷藏冰涼後即可鋪入盤內淋上適量沙拉醬,最後淋上新鮮百香果肉即可輕松上桌享用。
Method
1 Put the mango ,peach ,yogurt and cashew nuts into the blender and blend into a paste and put it in the refrigerator for later use .
2 Grind the outer layer of lemon skin and mix into a paste .Chop the lemon and extract its juice .Mix the juice into a paste and put it in the refrigerator for later use .
3 Wash and chill your favorite lettuce before putting into a salad bowl .Add an appro-priate amount of paste and passion fruit before serving.
芒果性溫,含豐富維生素A、B 、C和果糖、果膠,可預防便秘和人體老化,但對身體有傷口、發炎和糖尿病、通風、過敏體質者切勿食用。
Mango is considered to be a warm food source and it is rich in vitamin A,B and C and fructose and protopectin ,which helps to prevent constipation and aging .However ,it is not recommended for people with infection ,irritation ,dea-betes ,gout or allergies.
