家常拌醬
Homemade Sauce With Dry Noodles
材料:
熟白芝麻……5大匙
原味去皮熟花生……2大匙
辣椒醬……1大匙
黃砂糖……1小匙
開然釀淡醬油……半杯
調味料:
牛肉滷汁、黑醋、白醋、辣油、蒜泥 ……各適量
Ingredients
5 tbsp. of cooked white sesame
2 tbsp. of unflavored peeled
Peanuts.
1 tbsp .of chill sauce
1 tsp .of yellow sugar
1/2 cup natural lightly flavored soy sauce
作法:
1 將所有材料倒入調理杯內,蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀即可。
2 調味料和拌醬調勻淋在牛肉乾拌面上灑上小黃瓜絲、香菜末就可上桌享用。
Mehtod
1 Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend into a paste .Do not forget to cover the blender first .
2 Mix the seasonings with paste and pour onto a bowl of dry beef noodles .Add shredded cucumber and coriander before serving .
利用調理機將炒熟的白芝麻,作成家常拌醬,可代替市售沾醬,用在火鍋沾料、涼拌小菜或各式生菜沙拉,都是健康又安全的飲食選擇。
Using blender to make homemade sesame sauce with the cooked sesame can replace commercial dipping sauce .It is also healthy and delicious as a dipping sauce for hot pot ,appetizers and all types salad .
