Sweet Potato Cashew Rice Milk
材料:
地瓜…..250g
糙米…..30g
薏仁…..30g
芡實…..30g
冷開水…..3杯
腰果…..30g
熱開水…..600cc
Ingredinents
250g sweet potato
30g brown rice
30g adlay seeds
30g euryales semen
3 cups cashew nut
600cc hot water
作法
1糙米、薏仁、芡實洗淨瀝去水分用3杯清水浸泡,地瓜削去外皮切塊狀,放入糙米中,再移入電鍋中隔2杯清水蒸熟材料。
2 將作法(1)材料和腰果、熱開水300cc 先倒入調理杯裡,蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後加入300cc熱開水調成米奶即可倒入杯中享用。
Method
1 wash the brown rice ,adlay seeds and euryales semen befor soaking into 3cups of water .Add the peeled and diced sweet potato and put into the electric pot to steam with 2 cups of water .Remove from the pot .
Put the steamed ingredients into the blender together with cashew nut and 300cc hot water .
