保護心血管-黃豆養生豆奶

黃豆養生豆奶
Revitalizing soy Milk
材料:
黃豆…..40g
燕麥…..40g
新鮮山藥…..100g
清水…..1杯
熱開水…..600cc
黑糖…..適量
熟白芝麻…..1大匙
 
Ingredients
40g soybean
40g oat
100g fresh wild yam
1 cup water
600cc hot water
a pitch of back sugar
1tbsp. cooked white sesame
 
 
 
作法:
1 先將糙米、黃豆洗淨瀝去水分用1杯清水浸泡約3小時,再移入電鍋隔2杯清水蒸即取出倒入調理杯內。
2 新鮮山藥削去外皮切塊和黑糖、熟白芝麻倒入調理杯內,先倒入熱開水300cc ,並蓋上充分攪拌成泥狀,再倒入300cc 冷開水調成豆奶即可倒入杯中享用。
 
Method
1 Wash the brown rice and soybeans before adding 1cup of water and soaking for 3 hours ,Put into the electric pot and steam with 2 cups of water .Remove from the pot and pour into the blender .
2.Add peeled and diced wild yam ,black sugar ,cooked white sesame and 300cc hot water into the blender .Cover the blender and blend the ingredients thoroughly into apaste .Add 300cc hot water and blend it into soya milk before serving
 
 
黃豆性溫,含豐富蛋白質、維生素E,可預防心血管的老化。而燕麥含非常豐富維生素B和水溶性纖維,能效降低血糖、膽管醇,保護心臓。新鮮山藥中的特殊黏性多巴胺有擴張血管,促進血液循環的功能,減少動脈阻塞的產生。

This helps to prevent arterial and cardiac aging .Oat is rich in vitamin B and water soluble cellulose aging .effective in reducing blood sugar ,cholesterol levels,protect the heart ,The fresh wild yam comprises of emplastic dopamine which helps to enlarge blood vessels .enhancing blood cir-culation and reducing artery blood clogs .
