保護骨骼-雙蓮養生豆奶

雙蓮養生豆奶
Lotvs Revitalizing Soy Milk
材料:
蓮藕…..100g
蓮子……50g
黃豆…..20g
熟芝麻…..1大匙
黑糖…..少許
清水…..3杯
熱開水…..600cc
 
Ingredients
100g lotus root
50g lotus seeds
20g soy bean
1 tbsp.cooked black sesame
Apinch of black sugar
3cups water
600cc hot water
 
作法:
1將黃豆洗淨用清水3杯浸泡3小時,蓮藕連皮洗淨切小丁和蓮子一起放入黃豆中,再移入電鍋內隔2杯清水蒸熟。
2 將熟材料倒入調料杯裡,加入熟芝麻、黑糖、熱開水300cc,先蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,再倒入300cc熱開水調成豆奶即可倒入杯中享用。
 
Method
1 wash the soybean and soak in 3 cups of water for 3 hours .Add the washed and diced lotus root (with skin) and lotus seeds Put into the electric pot and steam with 2 cups of water
2 Put the steamed ingredients into the blender together with the black sesame ,black sugar and 300cc hot water .Cover the blender and blend thoroughly into a paste .Add 300cc hot water and blend it into soy milk before serving.
