預防人體老化-五行養生豆奶

综合果汁综合果汁综合果汁材料:
黑豆…..50g
糙米…..50g
紅糯米…..50g
新鮮山藥…..100g
熟白芝麻…..2大匙
清水…………..3杯
熱開水……….600cc
黑糖…………….少许
 
Ingredients
50g black beans
50g brown rice
50g red sticky rice
100g fresh wild yam
2 tbsp cooked white sesame
3 cups wate
600cc hot water
Apinch of black sugar
 
作法:
1 先將黑豆、糙米、紅糯米洗淨瀝去水分用3杯清水浸泡約3小時,再移入電鍋隔2杯清水蒸熟材料。
2 將新鮮山藥削去外皮切塊和熟芝麻、蒸熟材料一起放入調理杯裡,先倒入黑糖和300cc熱開水,並蓋上杯蓋充分拌成泥狀,再加入300cc熱開水調成豆奶即可倒入杯中享用。
 
Method
1 wash the black beans ,brown rice and red beans before adding 3cup of water and soaking for 3hours ,Put into an electric pot and steam with 2cups of water
2 Peel and chop the wild yam into pieces.Put into the blender together with the cooked sesame ,steamed ingredients,back sugar and 300cc hot water ,cover the blender and blend thoroughly into a paste .Add 300cc hot water and blend into rice milk before serving
 
黑豆含豐富蛋白質、維生素B、礦物質鉀、鈣、鎂、鐵、鋅,可幫助人體防骨骼老化。糙米含維生素B、礦物質含鈣、鐵、鎂,可幫助促進新陳代謝,提升免疫力。紅糯米滋養脾胃預防貧血。新鮮山藥可幫助保護心血管、預防人體老化。
Black bean is rich in protein ,vitamin B ,potassium,calcium ,magne-sium ,iron and zinc ,lt heps to slow –down bone aging .Brown rice is rich in vitamin B,calcium, iron and magnesium,whinc helps to increase the metabolic rate and enhance the immune system .Red bean is exceptionally good for the spleen and stomach which help to prevent anemia .The fresh wild yam protects cardiovascular blood vessels and slow –down body aging.
