預防便秘-李子鮮果汁

李子鮮果汗
Fresh Plum Drink
材料:
李子……4粒
鳳梨……150g
西洋梨……1粒
冷開水……400cc
冰塊……1杯
蜂蜜……少許
作法:
1李子洗淨外皮切開去籽核,鳳梨削去外皮切塊,西洋梨削去外皮切開去核。
2全部水果和蜂密一起先放入調理杯裡,再加入冷 開水100cc和冰塊,先蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後再到300cc冷開水調成果汁即可倒入杯中享用。
 
Ingredients
4 plums
150g pineapple
1 European pear
400cc cold boiled water
1 cup ice cubes
A little bit of honey
 
Method
1 Wash and deseed the plums. Peel and dice the pineapple. Peel and core the European pear.
2 Put all the fruit into the blender together with honey, 100cc cold boiled water and ice cubes. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients into a paste. Mix with 300cc cold boiled water and it is ready to serve.
李子果肉中含有豐富蘋果酸、檸檬酸、葡萄糖果膠鐵維,有助於腸道蠕動和益生菌的衍生。對於肥胖和便 秘體質的人是很好的營養來源,但應用成熟軟的李子,才不會引起腸胃脹痛不適。
The plum flesh is rich in malic acid, citric acid and glucose pectic fibre that help intestinal peristalsis and promote the growth of benign bacteria. These substances are an excellent nutrition source for people who gain weight easily or suffer from constipation. Only select ripe and soft plums to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort.
