Asparagus smoothie
材料:
熟的新鮮綠竹筍……1支
鮮奶油……1杯
冰塊……2杯
煉乳……適量
Ingredinents
1 cooked fresh asparagus
2 cup fresh cream
2 cup ice cubes
a little bit of condensed milk
作法:
先將冰涼的綠竹筍削去外殼、削去較粗糙的外皮,再切塊狀和鮮奶油、冰塊倒入調理杯裡,蓋上杯蓋攪拌成泥砂狀就可盛入杯中淋上煉乳清涼享用。
Method
Peel the cooked asparagus and remove the rough ends Chop into pieces before putting into the blender with cream and ice cubes .Cover the blender and blend into a smoothie .Add condensed milk and serve chill.
綠竹筍性寒,盛產在夏季,含豐富維生素、熱量低,非常適合炎熱夏暑食用,有清熱幫助
消化的作用。但腸胃虛弱者、體質怕冷、生理期婦女、過敏體質者應少食。
Asparagus grows in summer and is very ideal for summer consumption .It is considered to be a cooling food source with low calories and rich in fiber .Asparagus helps to improve digestion but it should be taken moderately during mentstrua-tion or by people with a weak gastrointestinal system ,allergic body or those who especially afraid of cold temperature .
