豆腐桑椹沙拉
Bean Curd Mulberry Salad
材料:
新鮮豆腐……200g
桑椹原汁……300g
蔓越莓果乾……50g
檸檬……1粒
Ingredients
200g fresh bean curd
300g mulberry juice
50g dry cranberry
1 lemon
作法
1 將新鮮豆腐材料放入調理杯內,蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,倒入大碗中。
2 檸檬洗淨外皮擦乾水分,用磨泥板將綠皮部分磨泥狀放入作法1中拌勻,再將檸檬切開擠檸檬汁拌入,即移入冰箱冷藏入味,待享用時可再加入適量桑椹汁調成沙拉醬汁享用。
Method
1 put the bean curd mulberry juice and dry cranberry into the blendr.Cover the blender and blend the ingredients into a paste .
2 Grind the outer layer of lemon skin and mix into the paste .Cut the lemon and extract the juice .Mix the juice into the paste .Put the paste into the refrigerator to enhance the fla-vor .Add a little bit of mulberry juice to make salad dressing before serving .
