Ingredients
300g pineapple
300g mango
1banana
1/4lemon
2 cups of fresh cream

a little bit of dry cranberry
作法:
1 先將鳳梨、芒果削外皮切小塊鋪在盤子上,移上冰箱冷凍成冰塊。
2 檸檬連皮冼淨切片和削去外皮的香蕉、鮮奶油先倒入調理杯內,再加入冷冰鳳梨、芒果,並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥砂狀就可裝入杯中撒上果乾享用。
Method
1 peel and dice the pineapples and mangoes .Spread on a tray and put into the freezer to make ice cubes .
2 Wash and slice the lemon with skin .Put into the blender with peeled banana and fresh cream .Add pineapple and mango ice cubes .Cover the blender and blend into a smoothine .Sprinkle the dry cranberry on top and it is ready to serve .
