材料:
有機腰果:……300g
有機白芝麻……150g
天然海鹽、果糖……各少許
Ingredients
300g organic cashew nuts
150g organic white sesame
a little bit natural sea salt
and fructose
作法:
1 先將烤箱上下爐火用110。C預熱10分鍾,腰果放入烤盤鋪平放入烤箱中間層,約烤15至20分鍾左右,當腰果烤成淡黃色並香氣溢出時,先開掉爐火讓腰果在烤箱內慢慢冷卻約4小時,再取出裝入真空鑵存。
2 白芝麻放入冷平底鍋中,再移在爐火上用中小火慢慢晃動烘炒成淡黃色並有跳動時,即熄火在鍋上再慢慢晃動約1分鍾,即倒在鋪有紙巾的盤子上待涼。
3 將所有材料放入調理杯內攪拌成泥狀就可裝入容器中待涼再移入冰箱冷藏儲存。
利用有機腰果、芝麻調制的方便醬,味道香郁目沒有黃麴毒素的疑慮。而芝麻含營養蛋白質和礦物質鈣、鐵、鎂、對人體有很好的抗老化的作用。
The aroma of paste is made with organic cashew nuts and sesames ,it is aflatoxin –free and rich in protein ,calcium ,iron and magnesium ,it helps to prevent body aging .
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 110 C for 10 nubs ,Spread cashew nuts on a tray and place the midsection oven to bake for 15-20mins ,until they turn slightly golden .Turn off the oven and leave them in the oven for 4 hrs before putting into an air –tight container
2 put the white sesame on a pan and cook at medium to low heat until slightly golden .Switch off the stove and stir for 1 min before pouring onto a paper –towel lined tray to cool down .
3 put all the ingredients into the blender to blend into a paste and put in a container for later use place in the refrigerator after cools down.
