豆漿花生冰砂
Soy peanut smoothie
材料:
自制豆漿冰塊……400g
(參考第61頁“豆奶作法”制作成冰塊)
有機花生醬……4大匙
鮮奶……2杯
Ingredients
400g soy ice cubes (please refer to page 61 for “soy milk”methods)
4 tbsp .organic peanut butter
2 cups of milk
作法:
1 將所有材料倒入調理杯裡,蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,就可盛入杯中享用。
2 在制作冰砂時如果太稀就再加入豆漿冰塊,冰塊攪不動時就再加牛奶幫助攪動。
Metyod
1 Put all the ingredients into the blender to blend into a paste .It is ready to serve .
2 To thicken the smoothie ,add more soy ice cubes .If the ice cubes get stuck ,add milk to make the blending easier .

Soybean is considered to be a warm food source and is diuret-ic ,anti aging as well sa beneficial to the five internal organs.it rich in protein ,vitamin B and E,potassium ,calcium ,magne-sium ,phosphorus ,iron and zinc ,Regular consumption of soy-beans strengthens bones and muscles .it also helps to prevent all kinds of chronic diseases ,except for persons with gout ,who should consume moderately due to the high purine in soybeans.
