胡蘿蔔松子米奶
Carrot Pine Nut Soybean Rice Milk
Serves 2 人份
材料:
胡蘿蔔……200g
薏仁……30g
糙米……30g
黃豆……30g
松子……2大匙
清水……3杯
熱開水……600cc
作法:
1         薏仁、糙米、黃豆洗淨瀝去水分,用清水杯浸泡3小時,胡蘿蔔連皮洗淨切小塊放入薏仁,再移入電鍋內隔2杯清水蒸熟材料。
2         將作法(1)中的材料和松子、熱開水300cc先倒入調理杯裡,並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,再加入熱開水300cc調成米奶即可倒入杯中享用。
 
Ingredients
200g carrot
30g adlay seeds
30g brown rice
30g soybean
2 tbsp. pine nut
3 cups water
600cc hot water
Method
1 Rinse adlay seeds, brwn rice and soybean before soaking for 3 hours. Add diced with carrot with skin and put into an electric pot to steam by using 2 cups of water.
Remove from the pot after steam.
Put the steamed ingredients into the blender together with pine nuts and 300cc hot water.  Cover the blender and blend thoroughly into a paste. Add with 300cc hot water and blend into rice milk before serving.
