Serves 2 人份
胡蘿蔔蔬果汁
Carrot Vegetable Drink
材料
胡蘿蔔……100g
柳橙……2粒
鳳梨……50cc
檸檬……1/4粒
蜂蜜……適量
冰開水……400cc
冰塊……1杯
作法:
1 胡蘿蔔削去外皮切塊放入大碗中,移入電鍋中隔1杯水蒸熟再取出待涼再倒入調理杯裡。
2 柳橙洗淨和鳳梨一起去掉外皮,檸檬洗淨連皮切塊,全部和蜂蜜、冷開水200cc倒入調理杯裡,再加入冰塊蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後加入冷開水200cc調成果汁即可倒入杯中享
Ingredients
100g carrot
2 oranges
50g pineapple
1/4 lemon
A bit of honey
400cc clod boiled water
1 cup ice cubes
Method
1 Peel and chop the carrot into pieces. Put it into a big bowl and steam with stew pot by using 1 cup of water. Remove it from the pot and allow it to cool.
2 Wash and peel the oranges and pineapple. Wash and chop the lemon with skin. Put all fruits and vegetables into the blender together cubes. Cover the blender and mix the ingredients thoroughly into a paste. Mix with 200cc cold boiled water and it is ready to serve.
