材料:
新鮮棗子……6粒
鳳梨……100g
柳橙……1粒
養樂多……2罐
冰塊……1杯
檸檬……1/6粒
作法:
棗子洗淨切開去籽核,鳳梨、柳橙去皮,檸檬洗凈連皮功片和冰塊先倒入調理杯內,並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後加入養樂多調成果汁即可倒入杯中使用。

6 fresh dates
100g pineapple
1 orange
2 bottles Yakult(yogi drink)
1 cup ice cubes
1/6 lemon
Method
Wash and deseed the dates. Peel the pineapple and orange. Chop the lemon with skin. Put all the ingredients into the blender together with ice cubes. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients into a paste Mix with Yakult and it is ready to serve.
