調理血糖-巴樂綜合果汁

材料:
新鮮巴樂……200g
羅蔓葉……50g
蘋果……50g
鳳梨……50g
檸檬……1/4粒
冷開水……300cc
冰塊……1杯
作法:芭樂洗淨連籽切塊,蘿蔓葉洗淨,蘋果削去皮切開去籽核,鳳梨削外皮,檸檬洗淨連皮切片,全部放入調理杯內,先加入冷開水100cc、冰塊,並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀,最後加入冷開水200cc調成果汁即可倒入杯中享用。
Ingredients
200g fresh guava
50g romaine lettuce
50g apple
50g pineapple
1/4 lemon
300cc cold boiled water
1 cup ice cubes
 
Method
Wash and chop the guava. Wash the Romaine Lettuce. Peel and core the apple and pineapple. Wash and slice the lemon. Put all the ingredients into the blender together with 100cc cold boiled water and ice cubes. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients thoroughly into a paste. Mix with 200cc cold boiled water and serve.
 
芭樂果肉含非常多的維生素C,和芭樂中的種子,果膠都是糖尿病調節血糖很好的營養素,但因種子需用調理機攪拌成細致果汁,才能達到腸道吸收的和調理作用。
Guava flesh is rich in vitamin C, while its seeds and pectin are excellent nutritional supplements for controlling blood sugar levels for diabetes. Please note that the seeds need to be blended until smooth before it can be efficiently absorbed by the intestines and regulate the body.
